Simon Says....................Take a Picture

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Challenge !! Thank you for joining us for the  Flower Power Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too :-)

Using a CTru Ruler I cut the size and shape of a Poloroid photograph with a Friskars Trimmer with Simon Says White Woodgrain card. I photographed the images with DCWV Silky paper and re-sized them to fit into the apertures

I have used Cavallini Wooden Clothespins with Maya Road Twine to hang up the photo's to dry - or at least I only just pretended to!!!

Everybody Art Challenge

The theme this week at Everybody Art challenge is 'Flowers'

This beautiful image is by the artist  Artist Mitzi Sato Wiuff  available by Sherri Baldy and is called Gardenia.

I think the image speaks for itself and requires not embellishment other than a frame.

The image is coloured with Copics and a little Prismas, I left nothing else other than a few (or should I say a lot!!) of pink liquid pearls.

I've managed to get my Less is More n time this week - I made two for the last couple of weeks but didn't to post them in time.

The theme this week is 'Cats and/or Dogs' - sadly a little bird has sneaked into the picture - I do hope this is OK??? 

I have used Mo's image called 'Co-exist'  and coloured them with Prism's. The image is C.C. Designs Happy Sentiments.

Image is Mud pie Munch coloured with Copics.  The papers are Basic Grey's Eva.

The used a Lifestyle Crafts Frame 4 for the center card, on the inside I have use Spellbinders Eyelet Circles (arround Maya Road Lace) and a Spellbinders Lotus Pendant

The details are Memory Box Lorelai Leaf, Prima White Encore rose and others. 

Atound the circle are small Hero Arts Small pearls  and I have used a Memory Box Pippi Butterfly and a May Arts Satin ribbon

I was my usual 'wishy-washy' indecisive self - there are so many songs available I took the easy route - I closed my eyes, stuck my hand into the CD's a pulled one out.

Simply Red came out - and decided to chose 'Come Get Me An Angel'  as the individual.

The image I choce was Mo's beautiful 'Angel with Kitten' and coloured her with Copics.

The papers are Bazzill cardstock Gumball and the Basic Grey Winsteria. I used a Nestabilities Floral Ovals for the image and the sentiment which is C.C. Designs Happy Sentiments.

The leaves are Memory Box Lorelai Leaf and the flowers are Prima Powder Puffs, a Prima White Encore, Magnolia Whitely Berries and a couple of 'odds & sods' from my stash.
The lace is a gift from my fabulous friend SOL and a small corner from Cheery Lynn's.

I decided to try something a little different and gave a Prima Prima Floswer Mask a whirl - it was fun and I thouroughly enjoyed myself.

I tood some  Bazzill Neutrals cardstock and ran it throuch the Cuttlebug to create some dimension, I then used Judikins Stippling Color Dusters with a Colorbox Ink  WhiteFrost . Nex I took a Ranger Brayer and ran it again with the WhiteFrost ink quickly and

scattered it with Donna Salazar Sugar Shimmer.

I decorated with a Memory Box Lorelae Leaf , Simon's Exclusive Harrington Vine and two of the Prima Light Brown flowers - Engraved

I added May Arts Brown Double and some Hero Arts Brown Pearls
